Harefooted Halloween: Insidious 1-3

What I didn’t Like: The problem with all these haunted house/paranormal/ghost pictures is there tend to be no rules that are stuck to.  It’s all plot convenience and the Insidiouses are no exception.  Everything feels made up on the spot with no forethought of where the story should be heading or what should be happening.

Jump scares.  They’re one of the worst things ever invented in cinema.  They’re startling (and annoying), not scary.  Big difference.

Man, I know this is like a nothing review of three films but they stink plain and simple.  From the writer/director team that brought you Saw, Leigh Whannell and James Wan respectively, comes another series of messy movies that don’t make sense.
